A modern and precise space
Designed with an ergonomic approach and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, the new room is ready to take our control and verification processes to the next level.
Complying with the ISO 9001 standard, the area includes:
- Specific instruments for the bearing industry: profilometers, roundness testers, roughness testers, and profile projectors.
- Advanced measuring equipment: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, hardness testers, and a three-dimensional measuring table, which allows working with micron tolerances.
- Optimized environments for dimensional control, instrument storage, traceability, and documentation.
This infrastructure makes it possible to validate each component at all stages of the production process, from material reception to final packaging, ensuring precision and reliability.
